About Bird Foundation

The Bird Foundation is a philanthropic arm of the Bird Group established with a vision to help the underprivileged society, specially focusing on women and children. The Bird Group has been involved in various CSR activities since long, with special focus on education, as we truly believe that a strong foundation is the stepping stone for the betterment of the underprivileged society. Bird Group established its educational arm the Bird Academy, in 1998 to offer a complete spectrum of quality training programs on Aviation, Travel & Tourism. To take forward the CSR activities of the group in a more structured manner the Bird Foundation was established in the year 2013, to support the neglected sections of the society primarily focusing on women empowerment and child development.
